Przedmiotem projektu była rewitalizacja kompleksu rekreacyjnego w Leśnicy w celu poprawy dostępności i jakości usług społecznych dla mieszkańców gminy.

Efektem realizacji projektu jest:

– przebudowa istniejącego zdegradowanego obiektu towarzyszącego obejmującego  pomieszczenie kasowe, przebieralnie, zaplecze dla obsługi, pomieszczenia małej gastronomi, pomieszczenia WOPR, trzy salki do szkoleń, pomieszczenie do doradztwa indywidualnego, instalacje sanitarną i elektryczną;

– remont i przebudowa basenu polegający na przebudowie dużej niecki basenowej z podziałem na strefy dla dzieci, rozbiórkę małej niecki basenowej;

– zagospodarowanie terenu rekreacyjnego z uwzględnieniem infrastruktury towarzyszącej tj. tereny utwardzane, komunikacja wewnętrzna, monitoring wizyjny oraz elementy małej architektury m. in. plac zabaw, ławki, kosze na śmieci, schody terenowe, łączki rekreacyjne, ogrodzenie;

– dostosowanie 2 obiektów do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami;

Realizacja projektu przyczyniła się do poprawy jakości życia mieszkańców oraz stworzenia warunków do wzrostu zatrudnienia na obszarach miejskich.

The subject of the project was the revitalization of the recreational complex in Leśnica in order to improve the accessibility and quality of social services for the inhabitants of the commune.

The effect of the project is:

– reconstruction of the existing degraded accompanying facility including a cash desk, changing rooms, staff facilities, small catering rooms, WOPR rooms, three training rooms, a room for individual counseling, sanitary and electrical installations;

– renovation and reconstruction of the swimming pool consisting in the reconstruction of the large swimming pool basin divided into zones for children and a 25m long swimming pool, demolition of a small swimming pool basin;

– development of the recreational area, taking into account the accompanying infrastructure, i.e. paved areas, internal communication, video monitoring and elements of small architecture, among others playground, benches, litter bins, terrain stairs, recreational lanes, fencing;

– adaptation of facilities to the needs of people with disabilities;

The project implementation contributed to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants and the creation of conditions for increasing employment in urban areas.
